TAKING IT TO THE STREETS, Weekend Haps

WEEKEND HAPS UPDATE:

 

  • Tonight at Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club,check the DMV Kings of R&B, featuring Top 5, with special guest Kevin Ross. Doors open at 6pm,  showtime is 8pm.

 


  • Blues Alley presents  Dee Dee Bridgewater this weekend for two shows each night, 8pm & 10pm.

 

  • The Mosaic Theatre Company presents Lynn Nottage’s “Fabulation”or the re-education of undine. Running through September 22nd.

 

  • August Wilson’s award winning production of “Jitney”opens tonight at Arena Stage and runs through October 20th.

 

  • The Wolly Mammoth Theatre presents the stage play “Fairview”,running through October 6th. Features recent Howard Graduate, Chinna Palmer.

 

  • The Tony Award Winning Musical “Cats”is playing at The Kennedy Center through Oct. 6th. More information at: kennedy-center.org
