The League of Women Voters of Prince George’s County, together with a coalition of community, civic and Greek-letter organizations, will offer free transportation to early voting sites on five days during Maryland’s early voting period, through Thursday, October 29, 2026. The “Souls to the Polls” initiative is designed to remove one of the most common barriers to voting — getting to the polls — so that every eligible resident can make their voice heard. Under the theme “Ride Together. Vote Together.,” buses will pick up and depart every 30 minutes during scheduled service hours, giving voters a reliable, no-cost way to reach their early voting center.
