Police are on the scene of a shooting at Theodore Roosevelt High School in Northwest. Just before 2:30 this afternoon, police found a 17 year old boy shot in the school parking lot and unresponsive. DC Fire and EMS performed CPR on the teenager before taking him to a hospital. He has died from the shooting. Roosevelt High School, MacFarland Middle School and Dorothy I. Height Elementary School are on lockdown. Powell Elementary School is on “alert status,”
