A DC police officer is the target of a lawsuit by the American Civil Liberties Union. The lawsuit… filed on behalf of Denise Price… accuses officer Joseph Gupton of a warrant-less search of her property. Price’s son… Jeffrey Price was killed last may during dirt bike accident. Oone week later… Officer Gupton and several other police officers showed up the price family’s home. We are examining not only these allegations… but other recent incidents where the actions of the Metropolitan Police were called into question when dealing with detaining suspects.
