President Biden was in Michigan today, making a big pitch for his top agenda items, including a one-point-two-trillion-dollar infrastructure bill and a much larger social spending measure. All of this part of his Build Back Better agenda. It’s a hefty plan with a lot of moving parts. Much of that because of the party politics and partisan politics. We’re going to put that aside for a moment and look at what some parts of this plan might mean for you… small business grants and HBCU initiatives.
