We hear so much about social workers. They work for governmental agencies, schools and private industry. They work with children and adults. But if you don’t know one or work with one, you may not have a full grasp of what they do. March is Social Work Month. The theme set by the National Association of Social Workers is “Social Work Breaks Barriers”. We discuss the expansive work social workers do and some of the struggles that come with the job.
