Tyler James Williams, the three-time Emmy nominated and Golden Globe Winner for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical, Comedy or Drama for his role as ‘Gregory Eddie’ in the hit award-winning series Abbott Elementary. Williams is most notably known for her role as Chris in Chris Rock’s EVERYBODY HATES CHRIS. He attended the Disney Dreamers Academy as The 2025 DREAMbassador.

Disney Dreamers Academy granted students Sydney and Zane from Texas the opportunity to visit with Williams on the set of Abbot Elementary in Los Angeles.

Zane and Sydney will explore their dreams of becoming a cinematographer and director.

Williams highlighted,”Part of what we do is fostering the next generation of filmmakers and entertainers.”

“There’s people that I’ve met and worked with when I was younger who now I’m working with again at some point these two may give me a job,” he added.

Disney Dreamers Academy is a transformative program, that introduces 100 Disney Dreamers to
a wide range of career opportunities. It empowers young leaders with career-building workshops, networking sessions, mentorship connections, and introductions to future professional opportunities at Walt Disney World Resort and beyond.
