The unidentified woman has hired Katz, Marshall & Banks. They are the same firm that represented Christine Blasey Ford when she accused then Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her decades ago.
Meantime, embattled Virginia Governor Ralph Northam reported has told senior staffers that he believes he can ride this matter out. According to sources he says staying in office shows he is not racist.
All eyes are on Richmond and lawmakers as they meet today on a number of bills. Gov. Northam has not been seen since his bizarre press conference over the weekend where he said he was confident that it was not him in blackface or in a KKK robe in his 1984 Medical School yearbook.
