VP Harris Urges More People To Get Vaccine Shots

Harris pushes back on vaccine hesitancy

(Atlanta, GA) — Vice President Harris is urging more people to get COVID vaccine shots. Speaking at Clark Atlanta University, Harris said Americans have the power to end the pandemic by getting the shots. She noted great progress in combating the deadly virus in the past few months, but said the work is not finished. President Biden wants to see 70-percent of U.S. adults with at least one shot by the 4th of July. Harris said the Biden administration has made great efforts to ensure that vaccinations are readily available and easy to get. She also warned about misinformation. Harris insisted the vaccines are safe, free and highly effective.
