Major criminal justice reform in DC has been proposed by a new report released last week. the report titled “jails and justice: our transformation starts today”… is the culmination of two-years of town halls, surveys and other input. The result is an 80 point plan to address criminal justice reform. What does the report say and how might reform in the District look?
