The poet Robert Frost said “Good fences make good neighbors.”  That may be true… sometimes.  Other times, a fence just isn’t enough when dealing with nuisance neighbors.  You may have a neighbor who just refuses to pick up trash they’ve left behind or their party music is just a little too loud… and you weren’t invited to party.  There can be many more severe conflicts.  So what do you do to keep the peace?
