Do successful African-Americans feel pressure to work for the culture?

College football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders on leaving as head coach of HBCU Jackson State University.  He will takeover a Colorado program that was one of the worst in all of division one this past year, going one-and-eleven on the season.  Sanders has received a lot of push back for leaving the storied historically black university and going to work for a predominately white institution. We’re asking if successful African-Americans feel pressure to work for the culture?
