Grief During The Holidays

For so many people, the holiday season is filled with joy, cheer and high spirited celebration.  But it isn’t that way for everyone.  For some of us the season is filled with sorrow, mourning, even tears.  It is the time when we feel the absence of loved ones who are no longer with us.  Some of them are long passed, others passing this holiday season… making their absence particulary difficult to handle.  What about lost relationships, separations, divorce or heartbreak?  How do you manage the grief?
