When you’re ready to sell your home., you want the best price possible.  You want to get the highest appraisal as part of the sale process.  If you’re a person of color, is there a risk that you could be lowballed?  Could the appraiser set the value of your home thousands or even hundreds of thousands less than it’s worth just because of the color of your skin?  We’re looking at this issue from various angles.
