Kenyan McDuffie and the DC AG’s Race

DC Ward 5 Council member Kenyan McDuffie was disqualified as a candidate for DC Attorney General by the DC Board Of Elections.  The campaign for candidate Bruce Spiva challenged McDuffie’s eligibility. Activists are raising questions about the board’s decision.  McDuffie’s campaign will be in the DC Court of Appeals to challenge the board’s ruling. We discuss the rules and the politics of this race.
