Reparations: Is The Time Right Now?

Discussion about the complexities of reparations for the descendants of slaves in America.

Before he was assassinated civil rights icon Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. spoke about the issue of reparations for the descendants of slaves in America.  Last year on Capitol Hill, a high-profile hearing on reparations was also held.  So far there’s been no movement by federal lawmakers on this issue.  Ahead of MLK Day we’re discussing the idea of reparations.
