They have a free wellness event coming up this weekend on U Street, NW. My guest is Lisa Simms Booth – Executive Director of the Smith Center for Healing and the Arts

The Smith Center for Healing and the Arts is hosting the Healing U Wellness Festival May 6thfrom 9am to 6pm. There will be healing stations, art activites, celebrations, healthy eating, live performances and more. The event is free and open to the public. For more information go here:
