The 2019 Emancipation Day Parade and Concert is April 13thin Downtown DC. It’s free and open to public. Parade begins at 2pm down Pennsylvania Avenue followed by a free concert at Freedom Plaza featuring Faith Evans, Kenny Lattimore, Master Gee, Doug E. Fresh, and Sugar Bear. More information here:
