With Kamala Harris now the frontrunner for the Democratic nomination, Maya Rudolph is receiving some calls of her own.
Rudolph famously portrayed Harris on ‘Saturday Night Live’ during the 2020 presidential election cycle, and many fans have taken to social media hoping for her return to the series. She previously was a full-time cast member on ‘SNL’ from 2000 to 2007.
Rudolph’s performance as Harris won her an Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series. The costuming was one of the best in ages, it was as if they borrowed VP Harris’ outfit directly from her.
September 28th is the premiere of the 50th season of Saturday Night Live.
