A Publix in Neptune Beach sold the winning ticket, per Florida Lottery. The winning numbers were: 13 19 20 32 33, and the yellow ball: 14.
Mega Millions jackpot winners are rare, with odds of 1 in 302.6 million. The $1.58 billion payout goes to the winner if they choose an annuity over 30 years. Most people prefer a lump sum option, estimated at $783.3 million for Tuesday’s jackpot.
