Howard County police say they have located the parents of this 4-year-old girl discovered wandering overnight in Laurel. The child has been identified. No word yet on how she ended up outside by herself. But she is now safe.
Laurel, Md. – Howard County police are asking for the public’s help in finding the guardians of this 4-year-old. Police say the child was found around 11pm Wednesday, November 15th in the 9100 block of All Saints Road in Laurel. Police have not been able to identify the child, her family, or where she lives. Authorities say if you have any information to call 911.
