Ray J has a love for his sister Brandy. So much love, that he recently got a tattoo of her face. Ray revealed the ink today on his Instagram page, but fans didn’t praise the gesture. In fact, they were left scratching their heads. You see, the tattoo showed Brandy with red eyes and a face tattoo that read, “Best Friends 4 Ever. From Ray with Love.” Ray did explain the new tat.
