While officially announcing his choice of school live from The Museum D.C., “Without further ado, I’d like to keep my talents at home and be a part of the legacy at Howard University. Go Bison!”

According to FOX5DC, “The 2x Maryland football state champion is taking his talent to Howard University in the fall.” Late December Briggs mentioned that he received an offer from HU, and on Tuesday the quarterback with a 3.45 GPA officially commit to becoming a Bison.
The dual-threat also plays for the Quince Orchard Cougars basketball team and leads his team to an impressive 28-0 record and back-to-back state championships.
