Although Colin Kaepernick isn’t scoring touchdowns on the football field right now, he hopes to score in the literary world with the release of a new children’s book. I Color Myself Different delves into the concepts of self-identity and self-love through the eyes of Kaep and his experiences as a child. It will also illustrate that moment when Colin was five and he drew a picture of his blended family and began to come to terms with his own identity. This is the first book Kaep has released through his deal with Scholastic. The book is available now.
How often do you read to your kids? Do you think Colin will play in the NFL again?
