(Washington, DC) — Officials from Maryland and Virginia are making last minute tweaks to their final pitches to land the FBI’s new headquarters. The Maryland delegation is slated to make its case for sites in either Landover or Greenbelt tomorrow. The Virginia delegation plans to lay out all the pluses for Springfield on Thursday. The finish line to nail down the project appears to be in sight, which is good news because the J. Edgar Hoover building in downtown Washington, DC turns 50 next year and is falling apart.
