Nearly everyday, we hear the stories of victims of crime and violence. We hear about the horrific car accidents that end with passengers surviving, and sometimes not. We hear about medical emergencies and efforts that save a lot of lives. What we don’t hear about very often is the impact of these incidents on those whose job it is, to get there first. We’re hearing from first responders in this discussion, about what they’re going through and how they are managing.
