The DMV is home to the third largest number of Black immigrants in the nation. Making for a melting pot of diversity and lots of opportunities for social inclusiveness. But are those relationships fostering among African Americans and our Black brothers and sisters from Africa and the Caribbean? Where are the opportunities to make the connections better?
