Winds will start picking up later today and rain is coming tonight. Three inches or more is expected before the storm blows out on Sunday. A Coastal Flood Advisory for the shoreline in DC, Arlington County and Alexandria begins at midnight and runs until 6:00 tomorrow morning. Tidal flooding is likely, especially during high tide overnight.
