According to FOX5, A boil water advisory has been issued for residents in part of Northwest, D.C. after several customers experienced low water pressure.
DC Water officials are still investigating the cause of the issue and working to restore system pressure for those that reside in wards 3 and 4.
The advisory will remain in place until testing shows that the water is safe to drink. Customers in the impacted area are advised to boil water used for drinking and cooking.
The advisory is expected to be lifted on Sunday.
