Since the Coronavirus pandemic compelled Howard University to transition to online learning in March of 2020, Howard University faculty and staff have been working diligently to prepare for students eventual return to campus.   While COVID-19 continues to spread across the country, the time has finally arrived where we can bring more of our students back to Howard while ensuring their health and safety.  On this episode of “The Journey,” President Frederick talks with Vice President of Student Affairs, Dr. Cynthia Evers, and the chair of pathology at Howard University College of Medicine, Dr. Rodger Mitchell. They will discuss their efforts to maintain the campus’ “Safety First” and “Bison SAFE” mindset for the new school year.
