Musician, singer and songwriter Alicia Keys is hosting the Grammy Awards, again in 2020. The “No One” singer hosted the 2019 show for the first time. She rocked the stage during the 2019 show, and some of her powerful friends to open the show.
Keys broke the news in a funny video, where she gets bombarded with advice on how to be the best host – from herself.
She shared the video in a tweet this morning.

“At first, I did think last year was a one-time thing, but when the opportunity came back around, there was no question about returning as host,” the pianist said in a press release. “Not only did I feel the love in the room, but I felt it from around the world and it confirmed the healing and unifying power of music.”
Keys is the first woman to host the show since 2005 when Queen Latifah hosted, according to CBS News. Keys herself has been nominated for 28 Grammy Awards and took home 15 of them.
She show will air live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on January 26.
The “Girl On Fire” was recently in the news for defending her son’s choice to wear rainbow nail polish.
