Old Bay is owned by Hunt Valley-based McCormick & Co., an American food company. According to the Baltimore Sun, the company stated the new hot sauce is “tangy with a kick of heat, and that distinctive Chesapeake flavor.”
Although only available online now, over the next month, the sauce will soon be available in stores like Acme, Giant, Food Lion, Martin’s, Safeway, Wegmans and Weis for a limited time only.
Fans were noticeably excited for the release of the limited edition hot sauce and hope it stays around even longer.
