Naturi Naughton and Adreinne Bailon reunited and shared a picture of themselves on Instagram.
“#2LW 😜 #LetTheHealingBegin,” Bailon posted on Instagram.
The two have forged their own career paths, but they started out working together in a group known as 3LW.
Their other group member, Keily Williams, was not pictured.
After 3LW released a platinum self-titled album in 200, Naughton said things began to change which ultimately resulted in the group breaking up.
Naturi said in a TV One interview a while back that she was told her voice was too soulful, and nobody was checking for a darkskin girl after their first album. She was then taken off of many lead singing roles.
Naughton said one of the lowest points of being in the group and the moment when things boiled over was during a fight at KFC. She recalled Williams throwing a plate of chicken and mashed potatoes at her.
Bailon has since apologized to Naughton publicly and privately for her role in what transpired when the women were teenage girls.
When Naughton appeared on The Real in 2017, Bailon told her, “There was a lot that went on at that time that now looking back is just like, we were so young and it was so crazy.” Adding, ” I genuinely from the bottom of my heart never meant any harm towards you. I think you’re talented and beautiful.”
