Many of us came to know Lons from her appearances on BET’s reality show Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is. From that she gained her own spinoff entitled, Frankie and Neffie, making Lons a hit, fans loved and connected with her all over.

There were times that she struggled on the show, her addiction taking a toll on her. A year ago Lons checked into a rehab facility on her own, she was working on the everyday battle and trying to overcome it.
