Rihanna debuted a new short hairstyle at the Rihanna x Fenty Hair launch party in L.A. and clarified that she is not retired from music, despite her recent clothing choices suggesting otherwise.
Riri wore a T-shirt dress that read, “I’m retired; this is as dressed up as I get.” Riri told ExtraTV, “That was just me looking into the future. I’m not retired. I just like that dress. I got it as a gift and I loved it.… They didn’t read the second line: I’m not retired, I’m just retired from dressing up — it’s a lot of effort.”
The singer then gave fans a heads-up on what to look for when she decides to put a wrap on her career. She said, “Wait for the ‘I Quit’ T-shirt.”
