Nike is celebrating their 50th anniversary. In honor of the occasion they got Spike Lee to reprise his Nike character, Mars for the 2:30 min short film. Spike is sitting at a table across from rising star Indigo Hubbard-Salk. He is ‘schooling her’ on the great old school athletes through the years. The ‘lesson’ is told through a highlight reel featuring greats like Michael Jordan, Bo Jackson, Tiger Woods and more. When it’s Indigo’s turn she schools Mars on the newbies in the game also told through a highlight reel with athletes like Ja Morant, Joe Burrow, Naomi Osaka and more.
