Why Michael Jackson Refused To Be On Tupac’s Makaveli Album

New information emerges about The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory from Tha Outlawz, album producers, and artists.

Thriller producer Quincy Jones’ son QDIII reports that a meeting took place. QDIII stated, “I scheduled a meeting at Neverland [Ranch].” The King Of Pop was asked to appear on “Thug Nature,” a song that sampled his Thriller track “Human Nature,” by the producer, who had also worked on All Eyez On Me. “I go up there and told Michael about it. And do you know what Micheal said? He liked Biggie.”

The Notorious B.I.G. made an appearance on Michael Jackson’s “This Time Around” in 1995. A notable omission from the Makaveli LP was “Thug Nature.”

Instead, it was released on Death Row Records’ Too Gangsta For Radio compilation nearly four years later, along with another QDIII/Pac joint effort called “Friends.”

With co-creator of Menace II Society Allen Hughes, Quincy Jones III recently finished a five-part Dear Mama documentary that had been in development since 2019.
