Changes To Walk-Up Vaxx Sites

(Washington, DC) — Major changes are being made to some of the District’s walk-up vaccination sites next month. Arena Stage, the RISE Demonstration Center, U-D-C, and the Convention Center locations will all close in late June. Approximately 30 days before each location closes, they will switch to the Johnson-and-Johnson one-dose vaccine. D.C. residents are being encouraged to visit vaccines-dot-gov to find the nearest vaccination location moving forward. More information can also be found at coronavirus-dot-dc-dot-gov.
