DC Monkeypox Clinics Switch To Walk-Up Today

The District is nearing 500 confirmed cases since late June.

(Washington, DC)  —  The nation’s capital is making it easier to protect against monkeypox.  Starting today, anyone eligible for the vaccine can simply show up at the three DC clinics without having to pre-register.  The locations are in Ward Two on I Street Northwest, Ward Four on Georgia Avenue Northwest, and in Ward Eight on Martin Luther King Junior Avenue Southeast.  Right now, the District is nearing 500 confirmed cases since late June.
