Reports indicate that one person is dead and another is unaccounted for after flood waters swept through an apartment complex in Rockville. Residents on the lower level of the Rock Creek Woods Apartments report water reaching near the ceiling and they were literally swept out of their beds. Officials say 150 residents have been displaced. Meantime, just miles away, several people had to be rescued this morning as waters rushed through the Congressional Towers Building.
