DOJ Unseals Trump Indictment, (Link To Document Included)

The DOJ alleges when Trump’s time as president ended, boxes containing classified documents that he was not authorized to keep were transported to his Florida residence.

(Washington, DC) — The Department of Justice says former President Trump stored classified information including U.S. nuclear programs and defense and weapons capabilities. The DOJ unsealed the federal indictment of Trump a day after he announced he would become the first former President to face federal charges. Trump and his aide Walt Nauta face over three dozen counts in the indictment. The DOJ alleges when Trump’s time as president ended, boxes containing classified documents that he was not authorized to keep were transported to his Florida residence. The indictment also details two incidents in 2021 when Trump showed classified documents to others at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

The indictment also provides pictures of the dozens of boxes the classified documents were allegedly stored in. The DOJ says the boxes were stored in various locations at Mar-a-Lago including a ballroom, a bathroom, a shower, an office space, Trump’s bedroom and a storage room.
