It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Time to celebrate with feasting with family, office parties, and lots seasonal palate pleasing. Wonderful… until you notice in short order that you’ve put on the pounds between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. That you have to loosen the belt a bit more, that the Spanx are feeling like they’re spanking you around the midsection.
