Maryland’s Governor Proposes $150 Million For Policing

Maryland’s governor has a new 150 million dollar plan to fund the police departments in the state.

Describing it as a plan to “re-fund the police” Maryland governor Larry Hogan has announced $150 million proposal that would increase officer pay, body-cameras and victim services for police departments across the state.  Hogan called any efforts to defund the police far-left lunacy.  The governor says his plan, which comes amid rising crime across the country, would provide a desperately needed shot in the arm to state and local police agencies in their critical efforts to stop crime.
