(Thursday, February, 27 2020) – The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has released a new photo of missing 8-year-old Relisha Rudd. The age progressed picture of the missing District of Columbia youth shows what Rudd would look like today. The girl went missing in March 2014 after being seen on video with a janitor at the now closed DC General Shelter. The worker, Kahlil Tatum later committed suicide. Relisha Rudd has not been found.
