Scientists Develop World’s Smallest Remote-Controlled Robot

Scientists at Northwestern University have developed the world’s tiniest remote-controlled robot. The robot is shaped like a crab and is just half a millimeter wide – smaller than a flea. Researchers believe ‘micro-bots’ like this could one day be used in medicine – clearing clogged arteries or destroying tumors. What would you use these tiny robots for?
