Shooter At UNLV Dead, Possibly Many Victims

UPDATE:

A gunman opened fire at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) on Wednesday, killing three people and leaving another critically injured.

This incident comes just six years after the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history occurred in Las Vegas. Since the start of this year, over 630 mass shootings have claimed lives across the U.S.

UNLV students and staff were urged to “RUN-HIDE-FIGHT” during the shooting, and many expressed a sense of inevitability about mass shootings in America.

Some survivors of previous shootings in Las Vegas expressed frustration that they have had to hide from active shooters multiple times.
