There is a push, following the death of Tyre Nichols at the hands of police officers, for police reform.

This weekend we saw the disturbing video of a Black man brutalized by Memphis, Tennessee police officers.  That man, 29-year-old Tyre Nichols, would die from his injuries.  Now, after the world was stunned by another videoed death of a Black person in America, there is a renewed called for police reform.  But will it actually happen?
