It’s a murder charge for a Virginia teenager accused of fatally shooting another teen in Prince William County Monday night. Police say the 17-year-old boy shot towards five people in the 3700 block of Masthead Trail in Triangle. One person was killed and three others injured. Prince William County police said the shooting was spurred by a previous altercation and ongoing dispute and that the shooter and victims all knew one another.
