Biden to Pick Black Woman for Supreme Court

During the retirement announcement of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, President Joe Biden confirmed he will nominate a black woman to the high court seat.  He says he’s sticking to his campaign promise.  This will be an historic selection with all eyes on the eventual nominee.  But that’s just the beginning. In this politically charged climate that is the U.S. Senate… nothing is simple or assured.
