Letting Go and Leaving Things Behind In 2020

There are just two days left in 2020 and there are many who would happily say good riddence.But can you without making a conscious effort to let some things go, to leave some things behind.  This isn’t abou New Year’s resolutions.  This is about  deep-seated things that creeped up this year.
